  Once you approve the estimate, simply pay your invoice online to confirm your order.
• We’ll Get to Work
  After payment is received, we’ll carefully craft your arrangement and keep you updated on its progress.

• Time Frame
  Each piece is uniquely made to order. Please allow 5–7 days for us to complete your arrangement.
• Inventory & Substitutions
  Custom orders depend on our current inventory. If specific stems are unavailable, we may make substitutions while maintaining the design's integrity and beauty. We will contact you to discuss any changes.
• Payment & Refund Policy
  Custom pieces must be paid for in advance and are non-refundable.
• Seasonal Availability
  During our busy market and show season (July to December), custom orders are limited. If we cannot accommodate your request immediately, we’re happy to add your order to a waitlist and fulfill it on a first-come, first-served basis as our schedule allows.
