  Each piece is uniquely made to order. Please allow 5–7 days for us to complete your arrangement.
• Inventory & Substitutions
  Custom orders are subject to the inventory we have on hand. If the exact stems in the photo are unavailable, we may need to make substitutions. Rest assured, we’ll contact you to discuss any changes, and all substitutions will maintain the integrity and beauty of the design.
• Payment & Refund Policy
  Custom pieces must be paid for in advance and are non-refundable.
• Seasonal Availability
  Due to our busy market and show season, we are unable to accept custom orders between July and December.​​
