Meet the team

Beth Johnson
Owner & Designer

Established in 2020, Terra Coastal Design is the professional culmination of Beth's lifelong love for interior and exterior design. She's been creating spectacular seasonal arrangements, faux floral centerpieces and colorful container gardens for more than 30 years. Her designs are inspired by the natural beauty of where the land meets the sea on her home on Cape Cod, Massachusetts.

​Beth brings more than 25 years of graphic design experience as well as a bachelor's degree in landscape architecture from Pennsylvania State University to augment her expertise. In her spare time, Beth is an active member of the Osterville Garden Club and president of the Historical Society of Santuit and Cotuit. 

Phinney Johnson
Intern

Phinney is a friendly, four-year old yellow Lab who loves to help mom choose inventory for her designs. Her specialties are picking the most delicious-smelling pinecones for wreaths, and digging holes for future planters.
